  • In one of many utility company engagements, he helped the responsible team to complete dozens of projects with an overall result for the company of more than 19% more power than had been promised to the regulator with costs >15% less than allowed, all in less than one year’s time.

  • He laid out practices that led to reducing cycle times for building £10B worth of new wind farm capacity by ~25%.

  • He helped shape the development of a new online retail bank that opened in 10 months, including approval by bank regulators. The bank subsequently took ~15% share of its market in less than 24 months.
